  Forming & fixing thickness

  Using vacuum pumping technology, each plate is fine and non-porous, achieving excellent performance of ≤ water absorption rate of 0.02%; Heated by professional high-temperature baking; And in strict accordance with the standard specifications, the plate thickness and solidification, so that it can meet the strict and unified plate standard.

  Calibration & water throw

  
  

  The formed board will undergo strict machine calibration again and undergo water polishing process to achieve the ideal surface state of the board; Due to the water polishing process of the board, customers no longer need to carry out additional regular maintenance work such as waxing and polishing during use, greatly reducing the maintenance cost of the board and greatly improving the convenience and comfort of use.

  Quality inspection

  
  

  The board will undergo strict machine and manual inspection to ensure compliance with strict product quality standards, and be labeled with product information such as model, specification, batch, and production date.
